At the end of the webinar participants will be able to reflect on motivating forces at work and consider a variety of methods to motivate others to achieve management outcomes.

*A webinar is a specific type of web conference. The webinars delivered by VHIA Training and Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) are collaborative and include polling and question & answer sessions to allow full participation between the audience and the presenter. This is undertaken on-line via your computer. The presenter will use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). You will be able to hear the on-line presentation through your headphones.
